Basically not a bad hotel, but the room was tiny and was not described like that. There wasn’t event enough space to open your luggage properly and using your bed at the same time.

Great spot with a truly awesome vibe. Feels like a cool local hang out rather than a hotel full of tourists. The lobby “living room” connects to the Blue Bottle coffee shop giving an elevated, relaxed café feel. Every seat was taken consistently all day while I was staying here. It’s a hot spot. Rooms are compact but every detail is considered. Nearby great bars, restaurants, art galleries and boutiques of SoHo and Tribeca. Canal Street subway just a block away. Would absolutely stay again. Hotel bellhop was above and beyond helpful and accommodating.

Walker Hotel was wonderful. The room was tastefully designed and comfortable, albeit small, and the hotel was probably the most conveniently located of any hotel I’ve stayed in in NY, and I’ve been to lots. Definitely recommend.
