Picked this spot as a layover before our Atlantic crossing so the 6pm check-in was not a problem. We had a sweet in-person check-in but forgot to get the wifi code and didn’t get a response when we inquired. Thankfully we managed to lift it via QR code from the tablet that controls music throughout. Cell phone service alone was not sufficient for us to browse the internet in this below ground unit. Every amenity was as advertised and worked flawlessly, the biggest draw of which is the large wet sauna that very comfortably fits two. The biggest issue we faced was the whole place gets a bit too hot when you run the sauna and it can be difficult to get the temperature down in time for bed. Overall though the place was very relaxing, clean and felt premium.
