This apartment is in a great location and was very well-kept! The one downside is that it is pretty small but it has all necessary amenities.

Julia & Igor‘s place was very conveniently located, impeccably clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen to make a meal. The washer and dryer is an unbeatable bonus! Everything you need for a cozy & convenient stay in Munich.

American reviewer: very clean and convenient studio apartment for sightseeing in Munich. Comfortable for 2 adults and a teenager. Super close to S-bahn station, tons of restaurants and cafes, and many Munich attractions. The walls are a bit thin, but the area was quiet after about 10pm. But be aware if you will be bothered by typical city noise. Laundry facilities are definitely appreciated! Overall a very pleasant stay for 3 nights.
