Happy in Edinburgh’s New Town. Loved the location. Walking distance to just about everything. Also, as a single woman traveling,, I felt very safe in the apartment. Everything was secure. The amenities were perfect. Everything I needed. I felt right at home. Francois was very helpful. He was able to meet me at the apartment the day I arrived. That’s always helpful. I do hope I come back to Edinburgh and can stay here again.

If there is one thing I want to say about this place, it is the Location. It is located in Rose Street which is the exact spot you want to be in if you want to explore the town as a tourist. All of the famous spots are walkable - Princess street, Carlton Hill, the Palace, The Royal Mile, Old Town, New Town, Holybrookhouse, various whiskey experiences and the access to the buses and trams. The best value is the location. The home, though quite small, has all the required amenities with clear and detailed instructions on how to use them. Plus Francois is super kind and always responsive. He immediately took care of a request we made and followed up to ensure we were happy. Highly recommend this place.

We loved Francois flat. It was perfect for the two of us. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to do in Edinburgh and we were able to walk everywhere. There were really good restaurants just outside the flat. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in Edinburgh.
