PHENOMENAL. Words do not fully cover how wonderful the service is at this place. It’s the only place I stay in Bangkok. I’ve been back 3 times! Clean, quiet, good AC, it has all the wonderful fundamentals at an amazing price, but what really put it over the top is the wonderful service Abe and his team provide. They go above their job description to help you with any problems that might arise, storing my luggage, helping me navigate language differences with venders. I cannot say how much I appreciate them. Do yourself a favor and stay here!!!

Overall great place and location for the price. Only issue that was handled on the first day was the fact there was mold in the bathroom when I arrived. but a private room for the price is good deal.

Abe was very friendly and responsive. The place is good for a short stay in bangkok and if you want to be in the center of the city. Will definitely book in future trips. :)
