CLEANING SERVICE: • There is no daily cleaning service provided in the rental fee. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. EXTRA CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS: Please note that bookings exceeding 21 days are subject to additional cleaning services. Cleaning fees vary depending on the size of the property. We offer regular cleaning that includes towel and bed linen washing and is the same price as the cleaning fee you are paying for your home. We also offer Interior Cleaning, Laundry Service. Feel free to request a quote. We can add the additional cleaning after processing the booking. HOUSE ENTRY CODE: • You will receive arrival instructions 2 days before your stay. You will be provided with an electronic door code along with your arrival instructions. There is no key to pick up. The door operates with a keypad code. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning. THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES) • If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned to the sender. • Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliver them. • Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases.
