Loved this Hotel. Always location was spot on. A 15 minute walk to Time Square, Rockefella and Empire States. Good restaurants. Should to Mark Anthony's and Sean for helping is get a taxi for my husband, dog and myself. Would stay there in a heart beat.

Our stay here was great! If you book through AirBnb just make sure you have the concierge check for the reservation under Hotels Tonight. It doesn’t always appear on their main system. Otherwise, the stay was flawless and the people were so welcoming. There’s coffee and tea 24/7 on the 27th floor which is a huge plus. The rooms are cozy and clean. We had a great stay!

Perfect stay near Grand Central close to public transportation and walking distance from many great dining options. We had a nice experience with hotel staff and found our room to be ideal for a few nights. I recommend this hotel to any traveler and would return in the future. Thanks again!

I would have given 4 or even 5 stars except for the extortion. They took my credit card at check in for “incidentals” and then used for unauthorized “resort fees” I refused at checkout, that I’m now having to try to get back.
