The Airbnb property is exceptionally clean, with the kitchen and restroom in pristine condition. However, there are a few considerations to keep in mind. The location is somewhat remote, approximately 30-45 minutes from the city center by public bus/ trains. Additionally, there is ongoing construction in the neighborhood, which can be quite disruptive during the day (I stayed in June 2024). Moreover, the room lacks ventilation, such as an electric fan, making it quite warm during the summer. Despite these drawbacks, I would recommend the Airbnb if these issues are not significant concerns for you.
