Safe residential area for our family reunion. Close to both subway and bus stops. AC available throughout the place. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were all clean prior to our check in. Host was responsive to every question in a timely fashion. Appreciate having all dinnerware and silverware as well as all bath soaps readily available for us. There wasn’t much that this place didn’t provide for us. Free street parking in NYC was also truly incredible for us. As others mentioned, elevator was pretty old and squeaky and there was an old odor to it but not a big deal relative to all the other amenities that this Airbnb provides.

The place was quite large for NYC. Each bedroom had plenty of space with their own air conditioners. Teddy was very easy to work with and accommodating. My only suggestion would be to somehow have a picture of the lock box on the instruction page to arrive because there are more than one. Easy to find cabs down the block and there is a neighborhood grocery store around the block.

This was a great place for a large family. The place was beautiful, in a great neighborhood, and near the subway. It is very close to Central Park so you feel very New Yorkian. Peaceful neighborhood. The host Teddy was wonderful he checked in everyday and very quick to respond.
