The kitchen has all the essential appliances you’re likely to need, including a refrigerator, flat top stove, oven, and microwave. Next to it is the dining table, a great place to sit with coffees in the morning and maybe something a little stronger in the evenings. Moving further in and you reach the living area featuring a large, super-comfortable sofa that converts into a bed if needed. Great views of the valley and of the TV are to be had from here, not to mention the private balcony! THE BEDROOM Who knows what time you’ll get back from the Strip? Whether it’s still dark or getting light, the gloriously comfortable king size bed with quality bedding will be waiting to help you relax and recharge so you’re ready to do it all over again. Our stay was great. Only had one problem and it was fixed right away. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly in the bedroom but once I got in contact with the host they sent maintenance over and the issue was fixed. Great location and the suite was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. Loved that we had access to the Lazy River and pools at MGM. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in Vegas.
Beautiful, clean room with a balcony with a great view! We really enjoyed staying at StripViewSuites. Easy check-in and check-out and easy access to the pool and MGM. No problems getting an Uber from the entrance. This is where we like to stay now. We like the laid back feel to this place. Not crowded, no waiting a long time for the elevator! We will be back.
We really enjoyed the unit on the 24th floor. The Tower was peaceful compared to main Hotel but we were able to have access to all the main MGM pools and exercise room in addition to those in the Towers. Only downside was the airconditioning couldn't keep up in our corner unit with the 100+ degree temps so had some warm sleeping conditions.
Excellent location and views, host really responsive. Would recommend Stripview suites to anyone looking for a comfortable quiet getaway!
The place is super clean and amazing, will definitely stay here again.

Welcome to the Signature at MGM. It’s a resort just a block away from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive) and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers. So you can stock up the kitchenette really easily.
