This is a great spot for couples/adults as well as made great for my family of 4. Parking spot was convenient (there is a walkway right through the lot to the street as I made the mistake of walking all the way around). We pretty much walked everywhere with little concern for safety during the day, was a little different vibe at night but not too bad. Definitely with the price, views were amazing, rooftop was nice, amenities were all in good shape and clean! Somethings worth mentioning: I wish that we had at least one soap for washing clothes during our week stay and the neighborhood is definitely transitioning but not all the way there yet. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the place as there is so much to do in Philly!
Great host. Michael was extremely responsive. Good parking spot directly across the road. It seems to be in a little bit rough part of the city however might be an up and coming part as well.
