I absolutely recommend this apartment. It’s a massive room right smack in the middle of Le Marais. It has a bit of a strange layout, with the open bathtub, but it will work for couples or families with small children. The room is in a hotel, which is very convenient. And, even if it is in a busy area, it is quiet. The bed feels like two beds pushed together so there is a dip in the middle. Not the most comfortable, but it isn’t a deal breaker. I appreciated the extra pillows in the closet. Oh, yes, the closet! This is a LOT of closet space, which is great, so that you’re not stepping over suitcases and can actually put them away. So many great bars, restaurants, and shops around.

This was easily the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The view was incredible; quintessential Paris with lots of windows and natural light. The bathroom amenities were perfect (even a rainfall shower). Maybe the best part is how close it is to the Filles du Calvaire metro station, with a very easy route to places like the Eiffel Tower, Le Louvre and Montmartre. 10/10 ! A perfect stop for our honeymoon! Only regret is we couldn’t stay longer.

We had a great stay a Franck’s spot. It was easy to access and nice to have the 1K Hotel staff there if you needed anything. It’s nice that the bathroom and shower are separate, so perfect if staying with two people. The bed was big and comfortable. Great spots close by to walk to and not far from a metro station to connect you to things a little further. We were there a week and it was so nice to have cleaning midweek. Franck was flexible with our early arrival and very responsive. I would recommend Franck’s place to friends and would stay again! Merci!!
