No Cleaning Fee, Full Kitchen, Living Room, 1 Shared Bathroom, Internet, Heat, Air Conditioning Redline, CTA, Beach, Groceries, Yoga, Gym, Movie Theater, Multiple Bars & Diverse Cuisine within 5-15 min walking 1.  Please do not book this listing if you do not know what "420 Friendly"  means.  2. The picture of downtown is not the view from the loft; it is just a picture. The loft is located a half block east from the cross streets of Clark and Devon. 3. You will have to walk-up 20 steps to enter the loft. There are 4 rooms in the loft. i live in the loft. The other 3 rooms are for Airbnb. i mostly only receive bookings from single guests, so more than likely you will only be sharing the loft with 3 others at most, including myself.  4. If you are not able to be flexible with your check in time, i encourage you to send me a message BEFORE booking to make sure that your desired check-in time is available. If you do not send me a message AND hear back a confirmation, then upon booking, you are in full agreement of a flexible check-in time. Check in is listed as 7pm-9pm, however i typically check guests in between 6pm-7pm. Nonetheless, if we do not confirm an agreed upon check-in time before you book, your flexible check-in time could be ANY time after 7pm depending on my schedule.  i do not offer self check-in, so it is extremely important that we coordinate an agreed upon check-in time.  5. You may not enter the loft before i send you a message confirming your check-in time or before you are scheduled to check-in. You may not stay in the loft after your scheduled check-out time. If you check-out later than 10 minutes past your scheduled check-out time, you will be charged a $50.00 late check-out fee. You will be charged an additional $10.00 for every 10 minutes thereafter. Checking out means leaving the loft, not just your room. Please do not book this listing unless you agree to the late check out fee. 6. Your room door can be locked from the inside, but not the outside. Nonetheless, i have never had a problem with theft/privacy. 420 can be consumed anywhere in the loft, but please smoke cigarettes outside.  Please do not sleep in the living room at any time. Please do not throw any liquids in the garbage cans, even if the liquid is in a container. Please do not turn a light off unless you turned it on or unless it is the bedroom or washroom light. Feel free to turn any light on, but do not turn a light off unless you turned it on or unless it is the bedroom or washroom light. If using the kitchen, you must clean up and wash the dishes BEFORE you sit down to eat. Please do not bring glitter into the loft and do not get oil of any kind on the bedding or furniture. If you bring glitter into the loft or stain the bedding or furniture with oil, you will be charged a $100 fee. The washer/dryer, the drums in the living room and the personal toiletries in the bathroom cabinets are not included in the amenities. Touching or using any of those items will result in you having to pay a $100 fee (for each item used). Please do not book this listing unless you agree to these fees. 7. There is a $300/day additional fee for bringing a guest. If you are bringing a guest, the reservation has to be for 2 people. If your reservation does not list 2 people, you will not be allowed to bring a guest. Your guest has to arrive with you. If your guest cannot arrive with you, you must coordinate a time for them to check-in with me. No outside guests are allowed without permission from me first and no one is allowed without first checking in with me. If you bring someone in the loft without permission, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund and you will also be charged the additional $300/day fee. Please do not book this listing unless you agree to the fee. 8. There is an additional fee for bringing a pet. If bringing a pet, it must be included in your reservation. If you bring a pet in the loft without it being included in your reservation, your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund and you will be charged the pet fee. The fee for bringing a pet is $50 per day for the first day and $20/day for any additional days. This fee only applies to ONE pet. If bringing multiple pets, the fee will apply to each pet. When you book, Airbnb will automatically charge you the one day fee for one pet, even if you are staying for more than one day and/or bringing more than one pet. i will then send you an alteration request with the additional fees applied if you are staying for more than one day and/or bringing more than one pet. You must accept the alteration request before you check-in. If you do not accept the alteration request or if you decline the alteration request, you will not be allowed to bring a pet. If you decide to cancel your reservation because you can no longer bring a pet (or for any other reason), the cancellation policy will still apply. Pets are not allowed to use the bedding; please bring your own bedding for your pet. If your pet sheds any hair on the bedding provided, there will be a $150 fee. Please do not book this listing unless you agree to these fees. 9. You will be provided a key upon checking in. If you lose the key, you will be charged a $500 fee. Please do not book this listing unless you agree to this fee.  10. There is free parking on all of the side streets 24/7. There is metered parking in front of the building that is free during certain times (please check both the street signs and read the meter for towing violations). During the times it's not free, you have to pay the meter or park on a side street. 11. The loft is a 15-25 min drive to downtown, depending on traffic. It's 35-45 mins via public transportation, depending on the time of day. There's plenty of accessible trains/buses near the loft that runs 24/7 and goes downtown. 12. Failure to abide by any of these rules may result in your reservation getting cancelled without any refund.
