Christoph’s loft Is fabulous. Super clean and comfortable. The balconies are so beautiful! Great location. Close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Convenient to public transportation! Christoph recommended the Italian place right across the street and it did not disappoint. We ate there three nights and walked the neighborhood and got amazing I e cream. My husband and I lived in Berlin for three years and you are not going to find a better loft and location.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. We managed the elevator issue, and appreciate there’s no way around it currently. One person needs to take the stairs and call the elevator to level 5. The style and comfort of the apartment and its location more than made up for the keep-fit access. We’d be delighted to stay again.

If you are a LGBTQI Person, this is the best location to experience Berlin and feel safe. Walking distance right out the door for cafes, food, grocery, Tier Garten, nightlife and just relax. I’ve been going to Berlin for 30yrs now and I have to say, this was the best stay I’ve ever had and hope to experience it again! Sitting in the flat during the day and evening was romantic and memorable. Walking outside and mingling with locals, having a coffee outside and taking in Berlin, was something I’ll hold to my heart for the time to come. Christoph’s home is in the best location for you to choose a daily adventure on foot, train bike or just stay in and take in the roof top views. I strongly recommends this stay. One set back might be the stairs. The lift doesn’t work unless you have 2 or more people and even then one of you needs to climb 141 steps to get the other up with luggage. We didn’t mind the stair climbing, but we’re also somewhat fit. Stay here and enjoy Berlin!!! 🩷

The apartment is very spacious, well located, with everything you need and superb views. However, the fact that we didn't have access to the code to use the elevator made us feel discriminated as our neighbors in the building used a code. It was quite annoying for one of us to have to walk up the five floors and press the button that calls the elevator so that the other can use it. So if you're a couple, only one of you can use the elevator, as long as the other person climbs all the stairs. Another unpleasant situation was that the cleaning lady came in before our check-out time without having confirmed that we were inside the accommodation. When I told her it wasn't time yet, she said she didn't understand English and started cleaning, not caring that we were still inside the accommodation. The check-out time was not respected. Anyway, If stairs aren't a problem, Christoph's space is a good choice.
