We decided in less than 24 hours to getaway and booked last minute! Kevin quickly responded and confirmed with detailed instructions, checked on us daily and was very polite. The penthouse was perfect. Location great, easy to access with his instructions. Quiet area! Private parking and rooftop amenities along with gym available. Our stay was short and sweet! We now know we have a go to place to stay when in LA! Thank you Kevin for making our last minute getaway great!!

1. Gorgeous interior lots of natural light and tall ceilings. 2. Furnishing in great condition & comfortable. 3. Top-notch appliances including ice maker, & washer/ dryer with supplies. 4.Fully equipped kitchen & seating. 5. Ample linens and supplies. 5. Great security & communication. 6. Safe, locked , well-lit tandem parking garage. 7. Air conditioning & ROKU TV easy to use and performed great. 8. Master bedroom very quiet and inviting. Both bedrooms comfortable new beds. 9. Large bathrooms with full showers good pressure and amazing deep bathtubs for soaking. 10. Interior space has a happy energy to it. 11. Uber and DoorDash serviced this location well. 12. Rooftop with skyline views literally steps away from the from door. Breathtaking with a variety of recreational and leisure space & real plants. 13. Clean and welcoming lobby well lit. 14. Elevator well-functioning. 15. Residents friendly and quiet. 16. Amazing prompt communication with Kevin & Team.

Place was extremely modern, nice and clean. The balcony was amazing. Lots of light and located on the top floor giving it a luxurious penthouse vibe. The parking was assigned and easy to access. Everything was spectacular!
