Being originally from CA, we were looking for a hip city pad to come back to visit CA with the family and show them some of our favorite LA spots. This rental was exactly what we were looking for! Great DT city views, close to amazing LA restaurants and we enjoyed a fantastic day spent at the beach in Santa Monica. The rental was super clean, had cool decor and had an awesome roof top area to take in the views with a glass or two of wine. The secure garage parking was a bonus and so convenient for easy in and out. Thank you Kevin for a terrific CA getaway stay and we will book again in the future!

Kevin’s place was exactly as described and pictured. The amenities that came with the stay were a true bonus—24-hour gym, rooftop area with grill, plenty of seating options and amazing views of L.A. Inside the apartment, we were pleased to find an immaculately clean space, modern touches, and well-sized bathrooms and bedrooms. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in L.A. and would definitely book again!

It has been an amazing experience! The check in instruction was clear and easy. The room is very comfortable and all necessary stuff is well prepared! Kevin is really nice. Definitely a great getaway place to stay!
