The best part about this building is its LOCATION! You can walk everywhere. A couple minutes from Stanley Park and a bus stop. A diverse option of cafes and restaurants along with Safeway and Whole Foods are 5-10 minutes away. My flight was many hours delayed and Eva showed up to let me in the building at 2 AM! You need a key card to get into the building and use the elevators, which made me feel very safe. The apartment is very sleek and modern with nice furnishings. The dedicated workspace is amazing. It was perfect for my month-long stay. The only downside is there isn't much storage for clothing. A 30 day stay is the minimum requirement; however, there are no chest of drawers to store your clothes. One suggestion: offer bikes for renters to use. I went to one of the bike shops to rent a bike for 30 days. They told me it would be cheaper for me to buy a bike from them. That wasn't an option for me since I was visiting from the United States.

Todo muy bien, ubicación y vistas excelentes. Eva muy amable y excelente anfitriona, con gran espíritu de servicio y de ayuda en todo. Fue muy fácil todo el proceso de punta a punta.

it's been wonderful stay and nicest staffs. Eva,Sai and kind lady at the front. they are really good staffs. cleaning service for the room once a week is also good. easy to access mart,bus stop and stanley park. if i go to vancouver again ,i will stay here.
