The hosts are friendly and responsive, and the instructions for using their shared space are very clear, with step by step photos for each of the 3 locked entrances. Decor is cute but most surfaces hadn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. We chose to wear shoes in the room and even in the shower for sanitation. Walls were splattered or dusty, floors dirty, and mirror glass also splattered. Sink and shower grungy. The sheets were fresh but that is all. Access is tricky- no parking, which we didn’t know until check in- navigating their small entry with luggage is difficult at best. Proximity to the airport is good but overall would not recommend.

Perfect place for one night! My sister and I needed a place to stay and thankfully we found this place. Great price especially for D.C. It is located really close to a metro station and different restaurants. The only downside is a shared bathroom and some noise from upstairs but the price makes it understandable. Would totally recommend!!
