we had a great stay. The accommodation is very centrally located and you can easily reach everything on foot. the room was very clean and there was plenty of space. Communication was possible at any time and was very friendly and helpful. gladly again!

Great location, room was nice, bed was comfortable. Lots to do in the area, close to any metro that is needed. Private access. Loved the big mattress and daily room service. A bit too loud for anyone who is a lite sleeper, you can hear everything that one may be doing outside .

We arrived late, but the self check-in was super clear and easy. The room was super clean and spacious. Most importantly, the host was very welcoming. The only point was that the room was quite noisy. It didn't bother us though, because the guests were quiet. In short, only praise for this hostel, which felt more like a wonderful hotel.

Posizione centrale, pulizia buona, comunicazione con Uma puntuale e precisa. Lati non molto positivi sono: la vasca è di difficile accesso e la doccia non diffonde l’acqua in modo uniforme ma direzionale, se torni da lunghe camminate la doccia non sarà un bel momento per rilassarsi però funzionale a lavarsi. L’ acqua inoltre non sempre calda ma tiepida (comunque accettabile). L’ascensore si era rotto durante la permanenza. L’ ultimo giorno inoltre non era presente la carta igienica e abbiamo dovuto usare i fazzolettini. Complessivamente un po’ caro rispetto ai servizi offerti.
