David and Rick were absolutely fantastic hosts and I would absolutely recommend this place. When I arrived David and Rick greeted me and we had dinner and chatted for a little while. I stayed at their place for a month and they regularly checked in to make sure I was doing alright. The bathroom was in excellent condition and the living space was massive. The ONLY thing that could have made this above and beyond would have been extra lighting in the living space, since it doesn’t get too much natural lighting. This didn’t make too big of a difference in my stay since I was usually outside and I used the living space mostly for sleep! Thank you David and Rick for being such kind and thoughtful hosts!

David and Rick are our new favorite human beings! This was our first shared Airbnb experience and it honestly could not have been a better experience for us. It was great having a place to call home for the week that we were in the city. Both David and Rick were responsive to our messages leading up to our stay, when we arrived, while we were there, and even connecting with us after. Their home is fantastic and the privacy you have in the lower portion of their home feels very private. They were both incredibly helpful with recommendations around the city and even invited us out with them to one of David's piano performances. I write this review knowing that NYC's Airbnb laws will be changing their ability to host short-term stays in the near-term but am hoping this changes in the future so more people can experience the city while staying in David and Rick's home. We started off as strangers and left with two new friends we look forward to seeing on our next trip to the city!

Easily the best stay we’ve had in NYC. Wonderful location. The apartment is really spacious and very stylish and cool. Rick and Dave were very special hosts. We arrived as strangers and we left as friends.

David and Rick’s place was absolutely perfect! From the design to the amenities and location I could not have asked for more. Their apartment is so dreamy and spacious, and all their personal touches makes it so much more special. You couldn’t ask for a better area as the entertainment options are endless- central to transport and downtown bars and restaurants, but in such a quiet street. David and Rick are the most delightful hosts and lovely people. They truly make you feel welcome in their home. They have thought of everything. I never want to leave the most amazing city in the world, but this time I didn’t want to leave their home. Thank you David and Rick!
