Have a home of your own during your stay in Berlin. No matter if you are on a trip with your family or friends or on a business trip, alone or in a small team, this house is the right choice. Weather you need comfort when you return from the city, or, if your are spending your day working at home, you will feel empowered by the spacious rooms, the light, the water views, a hot bath, cooking together around the big kitchen island, a game of badminton in the garten. The wifi works. This is a very special 4 floor town house, located close to the water in a residencial area Alt-Stralau. The house itself is lofty and homey at the same time. The house has 210 m2 and a garten and two big roof terasses, you rent the 100 m2, the homey part. That is the 2 bedrooms with baths and the 60 m2 big kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating tables and the private parking in the front of the house. The house is laid out for maximum 4 people. In the working areas you can use 2 working desks and a big sofa, but you can not sleep or eat in the studio in 2. Floor or the workshop room on the 1. Floor. Ground floor: here is the entrance, a big glass wall/door to the garten, a big kitchen island, a eating table and a conversation area (sofa and chair) a Toilette, a washing room. 1. Floor : is the master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a bathroom with a bath top and a shower, wc. In the wide hall way are movable wardroom rails. Here are also closed storage rooms and a workshop not accesable for the guest 2. floor: an open studio room, not part of the rental, BUT a sofa and a television, and two work tables can be used. Here are our private canvases and lamps and shelfs NOT acceptable for guests. Here you can not eat and sleep. 3 floor: The top floor is a beautiful 26 m2 room with doors on both sides to huge terasses. It has a sofabed to unfold as a double bed or two single beds, in floor hights. Here is a toilette and a shower cabin and a small, but full kitchen. (The bathroom on 1. Floor and the big kitchen on the ground floor are so much better also for the top floor guest.) The house is furnished with Scandinavian modern classics chairs. They are old and beautiful and vulnable. The kitchen has beautiful cuttlery and elegant (expensive) plates. Duvets, bedsheets and towels are top quality. The kitchen table is at the moment not newly lacked. The kitchen is fully equiped and oils and spices are there.
