Lovely apartment located one curving and beautiful flight of stairs up. Elevator for luggage was great. Adored Marco and Federico and both were quite responsive and helpful. Two bathrooms, one with lots of counter space. Showers were both great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Several of the windows were high quality replacement windows that swung open or tilted open from the top…nice for sleeping. The only fly in the ointment was the bass-heavy music played by the deli downstairs. It was too loud in the living room even with windows shut. The back bedroom was quiet and good for sleeping. The front bedroom where our guests slept is bright and loud…they used eye masks and earplugs. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. The fromagerie next door, a boulangerie and patisserie across the street…heavenly!

Marco 님의 숙소는 최고의 위치, 최고의 컨디션, 최고의 호스트를 경험 할 수 있는 곳입니다. 21개월 아기와 도보로 중심 관광지를 여행 할 수 있었고 안전했습니다. 마트와 주요 상점들 레스토랑이 밀집되어 내집처럼 주방을 이용해 음식을 조리해 먹거나 레스토랑 식사도 바로 가능했습니다. 위급상황 발생했을때 Marco 님 도움으로 신속하게 해결해 여행일정을 잘 유지할 수 있었습니다. Marco 님 덕분에 40일 숙박을 즐겁고 행복한 기억으로 남을것이고 다시 파리에 방문할때 또 숙박할것입니다.

Comfortable, clean apartment in a fun and energetic neighborhood. Two bathrooms was a big plus—as were dishwasher and washing machine. Great place to stay and have all necessities steps away—delicious bakeries, coffee shops, cafes, cheese store, and grocery stores. Marcus was kind and responsive.

The appartement is in an amazing location, close to main subway lines and walkable to many major Paris attractions. It is comfortable, safe and had all we needed. Marco is very friendly and was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone travelling to Paris. Thank you Marco for sharing your place.
