Amazing in all aspects. Spacious , luminous apartment on an amazing location in the heart of Paris city center. The apartment is super super quiet as it faces the quiet courtyard of the building. (It’s amazing to have such a centrally located and quiet apartment at the same time) We stayed there for a period of one month and our stay was incredibly comfortable. The apartment has a spacious living room, comfortable sofa and armchair, nice wooden dining table as well as nice furniture that feel cozy and homey. The bedroom is spacious with lots of space to store your clothes (a wardrobe + hidden closet) and is en-suite with a very large and spacious bathroom with a shower and a toilet. (There’s another toilets in the apartment) The kitchen is equipped with everything you need incl toaster, water kettle, Nespresso coffee machine as well as microwave , stove and a washing machine. Marco was friendly and super professional. He met us upon arrival and explained everything perfectly.

El apartamento era perfecta para una estancia para dos personas: Céntrico, muy cómodo, acogedor, con luz, y muy tranquilo porque da a un patio interior. Estaba equipado con todo lo necesario. Marco respondía enseguida a mensajes y resolvía peticiones muy rápido. Internet y la calefacción funcionaron perfecto. La zona es muy centrica, con el Louvre al lado.

Perfect place. Quiet, calm, clean and spacious. Excellent location. Had all the amenities I needed. Very special thanks to Marco who was quick to respond to my questions, very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. Thanks again for a great month in Paris.

From “Bienvenue to Au revoir” Marco’s multilingual skills (English, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, and French) was an extraordinary help, his prompt and effective responses were available 24/7. This is a real prime location apartment, we walked to many of the major attractions, metro and buses were very close too. The listing's quality pictures were true to the place, no cleaning surprises, very convenient for our long 30 days stay, in addition to the super center at Les Halles, two groceries stores, pharmacy, cafes, etc. were around the block. By the entrance to the building we even had a luxury stores passage, Galerie Véro-Dodat, including Christian Louboutin headquarter, yes he say “Bonjour Monsieur” to me from his courtyard office! The building, surrounded by vivacious locals and tourist enjoying the uniqueness of the city, was still private and secured by a courtyard door and a building door, both with digital locks. Will I return?.. I should never have left. Strongly recommended!

.This was a perfect location to visit the Louvre and the Seine. Marco and his team were wonderfully helpful and available. And super-friendly! We felt very welcome. Marco was also very flexible about check in as we had arrived very early and this was very helpful to us. The place matched the photos and was very comfortable for a month long stay for a couple. Lots of nice restaurants just outside the main door and also a nice bakery. We had a great time! and will plan to stay there again
