Julia is a very responsive and nice host! The flat is in good condition and has everything you need inside. Location is great too, really close to attractions and metro station. The lift wasn’t working in the building but Julia offered a help to come upstairs for 7th floor if I had a lot of luggage! Unfortunately the apartment itself was too cold and in shared spaces felt almost like temperature was the same as outside on the street. Room had a little heater which didn’t really warm up the room properly for a winter time so had to wear warm clothes inside. General radiators in apartment was not working and the windows seemed flimsy. However closer to night time Julia provided the second heater which was much better! So overall it was good, just if you’re going to stay here ask for second heater for the room in advance if it’s winter time or if you get cold easily.

Location is rough , I wouldn’t recommend for women travelling alone or together. I had to deal with someone using drug at the main door of the building . (Nothing serious happened but it a bit stressful) The security of the building is not very high . And not in very good condition very dirty . Walking up to the apartment is very dirty no lift so 7 flights of stairs . The apartment was clean and recently renovated. You do have a key to your room which is good . Very cold . I thought there was a window open but it’s an old building. There was a small heater but it wasn’t affective . The best thing is location and price . This would be fine in summer .
