因为东京下大雪，所以我们临时选择了这家民宿入住，房东很及时也很热情的接待了我们。民宿装修很温馨，所有的配套设施都很便利，我们7个人住得很开心。唯一的缺点是离地铁站有点距离，需要指引才能找到地方。但是总体来说是一家很不错，性价比很高的民宿！

This is a lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but not too far from Shinjuku.. it is kept up very well, and the owners are very thoughtful with the amenities.. I highly recommend this place.

Our group of family and friends had a wonderful stay at Seirai's place in Hatsudai. Communication with Seirai and reps was excellent and they provided wonderful recommendations. Be sure to read their house binder as soon as you arrive because it's full of great info about the house, shopping, restaurants, helpful apps. While the house is compact by U.S. standards, it is exactly as pictured and seemed to have good sound proofing. There are a lot of stairs so probably not the best place for young children or people with mobility issues. The dining/living area was a great gathering place for our group. We appreciated the free coffee supplies and laundry amenities. We would definitely recommend to other families that want to stay in a quieter neighborhood with easy access to the hustle and bustle in Shibuya and Shinjuku. Seirai's place is a restful haven after a busy day wandering in Tokyo.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Seirai's home. We wanted an authentic experience and not just a typical hotel stay. Staying here and walking through the neighborhoods was an experience in itself. Location was great as it was just 5 minutes walk to Hatsudai station and the host made it extremely easy with instructions and recommendations.

per the review questions, 5 stars on everything except the price. A little high, but it is one stop from Shinjuku and the family did enjoy it. You have to be very careful navigating the stairs. At least there's a hand rail. two showers were great. Two toilets were great, though only the people with the strongest bladders should sleep on the 3rd floor (shower but no toilet). The stairs are difficult to come down if you're sleepy and need the bathroom on the 2nd floor. We arrived at night, and it was dark and at first we couldn't see the sign identifying the house. A night light over the sign would be handy. The street is so narrow the taxi at first didn't want to drive down it, but other people do, so he backed up a little and made the turn. The supermarket Dia is only a minute away (turn right on the "main" street. Better than Basket. the host was always responsive to our questions, and even had a toilet problem fixed immediately. I highly recommend this place and this host.
