Located in the heart of Seattle, our spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has stunning water and city views, including a peek-a-boo view of the Space Needle! Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. Our home has modern furnishings, an HD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in both the master and 2nd bedroom- all equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 2 brand new king sized beds in the master and second bedroom, and a premium sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city and water views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit. We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 full bathrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows.
