My wife and I stayed at Filippo’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time! The room was clean, did not smell, and located close to many amazing restaurants, shops, and historical attractions. The building itself was very cool and lead to an immersive experience. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, and with the shutters was able to get very dark. We had not trouble sleeping. All in all we would certainly stay in this airbnb again.

Central location, easy to navigate. Quite street in the middle of city, it is a dark place but we enjoyed it after a summer heat wave. Stunning ceilings, a beautiful Italian stay. Would recommend, great host, flexible & was clean. Location would be the best feature of this for a first visit to Florence. Thank you!!

We had an excellent stay here. The location was extremely central and the apartment was beautiful. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic stay in Florence. It was very hot (95F) when we were there and this place stays very cool even without using lots of AC. The space is very unique/charming. It’s walkable to everything with lots of bustling streets immediately adjacent. Would recommend to any couple looking for a unique space with a good location if you’re ok with a smaller space. Also, we had cellular data without calls and the host went above and beyond and helped called a taxi for us when we left for the airport which was a massive help.
