This is an apartment that is up one step then down a few steps to get to the door. This was not a problem for us but might cause difficulty for people with mobility issues. The bed is very comfortable, but there is no cental air conditioning and a unit connected by a hose to the living room window that needed to be replaced during our stay. Plug-in fans made the bedroom less sweltering. Also, we found several instances in which the cleaning prior to our arrival had not been done adequately. The host, Nelly, was very responsive and is a very nice person with nice family members, who assisted her.

great for a quick weekend. It was fairly warm that weekend in Seattle so we tried using the portable AC unit provided but unfortunately it was blowing more hot air in than cool. Luckily there were plenty of fans provided to help rotate the air so we made it work just fine! sidenote: It's very uncommon to have central AC in Seattle and very common to have portable AC instead. So if you are coming to the Seattle area for the first time, portable ACs and fans are truly the main options, we were grateful that one was provided, it just unfortunately was not working properly at the moment.

This apartment was dirty, cluttered, unorganized, and leaking toilet. There wasn’t even detergent for the dishwasher. No laundry key, unresponsive host. When I wanted to leave host all of a sudden started to respond, and with hostility. Continually bugging me, and harassing me, even threatening to call the police. Sure, I was over the time limit, but I was in correspondence with air bnb who told me to take my time getting my stuff out. I would have been out sooner if host wasn’t harassing me during my time getting my things out. Also I wouldn’t have had to leave in a hurry if the unit wasn’t nasty. I’m in a domestic violence situation so I have a good amount of stuff and cats as well. The new unit wasn’t available until 5pm because of a last minute booking ( which was only because I had to leave this unit with short notice). So essentially Nelly caused me to have a late checkout then harassed me because of it. Definitely not recommend !!!!
