Quero expressar minha gratidão pela estadia maravilhosa que tivemos. Desde nossa chegada, a equipe foi extremamente acolhedora e sempre disponível para responder nossas perguntas a qualquer hora do dia. O ambiente era muito confortável e acolhedor. O apartamento estava muito bem equipado, não sentimos falta de absolutamente nada. Tudo foi perfeito. Tínhamos lido alguns comentários sobre a transparência das janelas, mas eu e meu namorado verificamos e percebemos que é apenas uma impressão, pois as janelas são totalmente seguras. Gostaríamos de registrar que adoramos o apartamento, além de ser muito bem localizado. Sem dúvida, voltaremos.

A wonderful and fair-valued gem very near to the heart of Toronto! Convenience was around every corner. I most certainly recommend this place for solo travellers and couples. It’s an excellent spot for a weekend getaway.

First, we have been waiting 30minutes after long flight at the lobby for someone to deliver the key. The response was pretty slow. Second, the room was dirty, there was dust on the floor and especially, the bed sheet was not clean, there was stain and even human hair on the sheet! I communicated to the host the next day but the response was very slow and not helpful, she just simply asked me to change the bed sheet by myself. My skin was so itch after slept on the bed for one night so I asked for cancellation and some refund to my stay. But the host refused to compensate for anything. I won’t recommend this place for sure. It’s overpriced and I’d rather stay in the hotel close by.

This condo is situated in a really nice area. The room is good and clean, though because of the mirrors it looked a bit more spacious on the photos. The host was very helpful, but I have to admit he did arrive late after we had extensive contact about when we would arrive. All in all we would book this again, we really enjoyed the neighborhood and restaurants around, also super easy location to explore the rest of the city from!
