Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral und man kann wirklich sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen! Ansonsten sind sämtliche Bus- und Bahnhaltestellen in 2 Minuten zu erreichen!!! Das Zimmer war sauber und für meinen Mann gab es sogar eine Geburtstagsüberraschung!!! Vielen Dank hierfür!!! Über die frischen Äpfel und das Gebäck haben wir ums ebenfalls sehr gefreut!!! Insgesamt super zufrieden und absolut empfehlenswert!

All staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rory and Alicia who gave us some good tips on seeing San Francisco. The room was quiet - on the 7th floor and at the back so above the street noise. Room, bath and linens were very clean. I would happily return for another visit except that the twin beds are very soft and extremely narrow. My wife and I both awoke with sore backs during our 5-day stay.

Great location next to Union Square with the tram line literally at doorstep. Walgreens, Seven Eleven, Starbucks and few meters away. Free coffee, drinking water, cookies, apples at reception. Can’t ask for a better base from which to explore downtown San Francisco. Room is tight but everything works. Walls a bit thin so night owl and noisy neighbours can disturb one’s rest but that’s no fault of the host. My only comment is housekeeping. As a hotel they don’t clean the rooms daily or even alternate days. I placed the Clean Room Please notice and it was still untended at the end of day when I returned. But we could live with that given everything else work so well for us. Overall it’s a pleasant stay, thanks!
