The description in the AIRBNB site is accurate. Jake's two-bedroom apartment in the ground floor of an apartment's building in the heart of Mill Hill East is a beautifully renovated, calm, spacious and modern flat with all the necessary amenities and good heating system. The location is perfect –within short walking distance from Waitrose supermarket and Mill Hill East tube. Although we did not meet Jake personally, his instructions were clear, he was responsive and reachable to answer any questions we had. We spend a week there and we definitely will come back when will be again in London. Highly recommended.

Jake's place is quite amazing. It actually looks better than my own home :) It proved to be a perfect spot for our 2+1 setup, travelling with a toddler. There's even a qettle installed in the kitchen! I can't really complain about a single thing in the apartment. It's bright, tidy, and modern. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful. Waitrose supermarket and a pharmacy are very close. The Mill Hill East tube station provides good access to the city center. I recommend the Dollis Valley Greenwalk nearby for a relaxing walk. Jake is a very good host, kind and responsive. His instructions were clear all the time. To sum up: an awesome apartment in a nice neighborhood. I'd be happy to stay there much longer than just a week.

Jake leaves clear instructions for the flat, walk to supermarket and public transport. He is easily reachable and answers any questions immediately. The flat is clean, modern and a calm place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. The area is safe at all hours of the night. We had an amazing stay!!! Thank you Jake… You Rock!!!

Jake was a great host. Really responsive about all the questions we had. The flat was in a great location. Very quiet but just round the corner from a tube station so easy to get into central London quickly. Couldn’t recommend it anymore
