TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING. I reserved this unit in February for a June 2024 Convention in Houston, a city I was visiting for the 1st time. Steffi was so easy to talk to and get along with at that time. However, Steffi seemed to disappear and someone named Amber started communicating with me once I arrived. There was one issue after the next with this unit. The elevator didn't work to get to her 4th floor unit, I had to climb stairs certain days, electrical outlets didnt work, dirty linen was left on closet floors/hamper, towels were in dryer, not folded, walls were dirty in every room, the carpet has horrible high traffic stains. I tried to work with the unit because the city was busy with Juneteenth weekend. I proposed staying to try to work with the unit with a discount of some sort, but Steffi/Amber didn't want to negotiate flat out refused telling me it was normal wear and tear and they were canceling my reservation I had to call AIRBNB to get involved and help me. AVOID RESERVING

Really nice apartment with great amenities like blow dryer, soap, a whole kitchen, a coffee maker, etc. Location was good and felt safe. Was close by to the train so you could easily hit some of the tourist areas. Would reccomended. Would also recommend renting a car as it was hard to go everywhere you needed.
