The living room will certainly help you to relax with its large and comfy couch, cable TV and views over the water. Everything about the villa is relaxing. It won't even let you miss anything with its fast WiFi. The villa boasts a private pool and beach access to enjoy the stunning view of the Palm, from sunrise to sunset. It's definitely an astonishing space for leisure. Dine with takeouts or home-cooked meals with your companions. The fully-equipped kitchen got you covered with appliances (stove, oven, cookware) for cooking and making coffee. Very bad behavior. The servants steal things and money and are dishonest
The Villa is exactly as pictured. Everything worked as it should have and worked well. The security team at the main gates (entrance) make sure there can be no uninvited guests. The Beach was phenomenal. It’s very private. We were the only family on the whole beach. For a big villa we were surprised there was only one standalone decent shower. The major issue with the Villa, and why I have only rated it 3/5 was down to the beds. They are so hard it’s impossible to sleep well in them. My whole family had issues with the beds. The management team was very good and always responsive.
This villa in Palm Jumeirah was an absolute treat and highlight of my trip. Beautiful to wake up on a beach on an island the shape of a palm tree! Had an efoil delivered right to the backyard and went surfing As someone who is moving to Dubai this was exactly what I was looking to experience The frond security was a bit tight as its an exclusive community of the wealthiest Make sure to register any visitors/guests in advance. I had registered my guest very last minute but Peters team made sure they were able to get in within 30 mins Highly recommend

Located one of the leaves, Palm Jumeirah Island is an artificial archipelago that resembles a palm tree. It's one of the most popular tourist spots in the UAE because of its high-end restaurants, luxurious resorts, coastline views, beach clubs, spas, infinity pools, and more.
Being on its island, the Palm has roads, tunnels, and public transports that give easy access to everywhere on the island.
There are so many activities in Palm Jumeirah, including going on a cruise tour, hopping on a Big Bus Dubai Tour, going to the Aquaventure Waterpark and Lost Chambers Aquarium at Atlantis the Palm, getting a paddleboard and windsurfing lesson, skydiving, and a lot more.
Nakheel Mall is a new destination at the heart of the world-famous Palm Jumeirah with a wide range of fine dining and leisure attractions. Approximately minutes drive (around 3 km) from the apartment.
A vacation in the Palm Jumeirah is guaranteed to be grand not only because of the activities that can be done but because of the fresh air and the views alone.
The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (20-40mins depending on time of day). Renting a car is also a great option!
1) It is easy to rent a car in Dubai and the villa offers our guest two free parking, with possibilities for additional paid parking available on the street.
2) Dubai Taxi's are SUPER safe, inexpensive and very convenient. They're affordable, and they're everywhere. In the rare case you can't find one on the street, Dubai Taxi is a quick phone call away (800 88088).
If you leave something behind in a taxi then generally the taxi driver is very likely to come back to the same spot once he realizes you left something behind or you can call Dubai Taxi itself.
3) A lot of guests easily get around using Careem, a value centric offering by Uber or one can use Uber itself.
4) Public transport in Dubai is available, but new comers might need time to understand how to navigate it, as it does not connect each part of the city. Also, the Metro is about 5-10 minutes taxi ride from the villa.
