This was a great stay at Kim’s place. It had everything we needed for our family of four. The home is very clean and the kitchen was spotless - which was appreciated since we ate at home often. There’s a nice trail for exercise and the location was very convenient for access to get to our destinations quickly.

Kim was a great host. She was very communicative and responded so fast to my messages. The townhouse was beautiful and perfect for what I needed. I had a week of appointments at the MD Anderson -west Houston location. The rental was so close to my appointments. Less than 10 minutes! The townhouse was exactly like the pictures and was so homey! I couldn’t have asked for a better rental for my needs. My favorite part of the rental was the BEAUTIFUL 11 mile hiking and biking trail right across the dead end street. Every morning I got to take a beautiful nature walk and it really helped my soul. Be sure to try cafe Benedicte right down the road. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you Kim!

We wanted to stay near our house while it was being redecorated. We know the area where Kim's place sits and it was an excellent fit to our needs. Kim responded quickly and helpfully to our two questions and if you don't know the area, her instruction manual has good suggestions for you. The place overlooks a popular walking/biking trail and draws in the sun. It is well-equipped and nicely laid out with tasteful simplicity, offering nice touches in both bathrooms and the kitchen.
