4 Stars THE GOOD: Very easy check in process, awesome view from 11th floor, open concept in the unit and very spacious. 2 Bedrooms. One is an upsairs loft, the other is on the first floor. They are separated by enough space they are totally private you won't here anything from one bedroom to the other. You can grab a bite to eat a couple doors down or right across the street. Convenience store is next door to the left if you need anything like dental floss, etc. Located in Brickell very safe area. THE BAD: If you're not familiar the area it is about 20 minutes from the beach. Valet runs about $50 per night. I am a host and my place is stocked with everything. I paid $400 for an additional night for that price I expect a 5 star experience. Wash cloths are old, and flat. I read reviews so I brought my own w/ towels. No seasonings if you prefer to cook. No dental floss, toothpaste any extras. No ugly. Would stay again for a lower price. Maybe $200 max. Not worth $400 w/ other options

Some of the tiles were a little loose and the a/c took a minute to figure out. On our last day the water didn’t seem to want to get hot in the showers. There was also a weird smell every time we entered the room, but it was very clean and spacious. The view is also really nice. Pictures are very accurate to what the place looked like.

A great stay, no early check or check out so make sure you plan your flight accordingly. Great host & spotless. Super convenient place to stay in Miami
