My home is a bright loft like sunlit cozy tri-level apartment in an Upper West Side brownstone on a Quintessential beautiful and quiet tree lined block. Only one and a half blocks from Central Park and the Museum of Natural History. The Upper West Side is home to Lincoln Center, the Metropolitan Opera and New York City Ballet. On weekends, families emerge from stately brownstones on quiet side streets to line up for brunch! A wonderful flea and farmers market await you on Sundays on 77th! There are three levels to the apartment that create a unique loft like feeling in a 1900 brownstone. Recently renovated it still retains its original charm with a brick wall and decorative fireplace and 14 foot ceilings! The first/entry floor has the full bath with shower and a well appointed updated cozy kitchen. A short few stairs up enters into the bright sunny living room with large 55 inch tv , big comfy lounging couch (also comfy and large enough to sleep on), access to the small terrace overlooking the trees and quiet yards of the neighbors, and the master bedroom for guests on the far side. The third level is a lofted space with French doors, a half bath and a twin size bed that sleeps 1. It is cozy but comfy and allows for an additional guest or private office space with connecting half bath.

Host Veronica was amazing host! She provide us a clear instructions and smooth check in :) She was super communicative (even before the check in ) and helped with every questions and concerns we had. She was available at any time we needed. We haven’t meet her in person but so provide a worm hosting and welcome. house We feel in love with the house! The house was clean, comfortable and with all the facilities needed from espresso machine to workstation with monitor. The kitchen was tiny but well equipped and the bath was clean and amazing :) Location Great great location! Close to 72 and 79 subway station, Central Park restaurants and more. Prime location in UWS.
I can’t recommend Veronica’s place more highly! The location is phenomenal, 2 blocks away from Central Park, right off of Amsterdam which has tons of great restaurants, and only a few blocks away from 72nd street and the 1, 2, and 3 trains which take you most places you’ll need to go. As for the space, it is extremely comfortable and I felt right at home. The sofa was super comfy, the bed and linens were fantastic, there were smart TVs in both rooms, and a great desk setup with a monitor. On top of that Veronica went out of her way to make my stay special with fresh flowers and wine upon my arrival. Thank you Veronica, you are a wonderful host!
Quarantined in Veronica's apartment to prepare for some essential travel, and it was the perfect place to do so! Extremely comfortable and clean, plenty of space, and even a desk to work at! The bed is super comfortable and Veronica was a great host. Highly recommend!
perfect all around. big and beautiful in my favorite part of the city. I look forward to returning!

The Upper West Side (UWS) is the calm in the middle of the crazy that is New York City. It’s fun to spend the days witnessing and absorbing the loud boisterous city and then retire to the less chaotic but easily accessible UWS (the 2/3 train at 72nd will have you to Times Square in 1 stop- 5 minutes) There are restaurants a plenty and it’s a brunch lovers paradise. The proximity to Central and Riverside Parks is by far one of the most amazing parts of this charming, quiet, family and dog friendly neighborhood. Brownstones and tree lined streets abound and you’ll find an array of great shops on beautiful Columbus Avenue, Amsterdam, and Broadway
The B, C trains are just a quick walk down the street by the Museum of Natural History and provide easy access to the rest of the city. There is a 1 train and express 2, 3 train just a few blocks away on Broadway. Cabs are frequently available and ride share (Uber, Juno, Via) are always just a few minutes away.
