This gorgeous home features a contemporary interior combined with the beautifully preserved original wooden floors. Bold feature walls and potted plants add a vibrant style with pastel-colored furniture making each space feel inviting. The whole building underwent a total refurbishment in 2018 and offers modern and central location, elevator to all apartments , reception and is very quiet. All the apartments are newly refurbished in 2018 and offer highest standard of living with an amazing touch of history and surrounded by beautiful parks , which are

这个公寓很棒，装饰很华丽，两个房间也特别大，沙发床也很舒服，房东还为我们准备了茶和咖啡，也准备了周边的所有旅行攻略，非常周到！临走前我们要自己洗杯子，工作人员很热情的过来说不需要我们去做，把工作留给他们就好。除了好评以外没有任何需要说的地方了！

房间非常大，位置也很方便. 到很多地方都可以步行。房东非常热情友好帮我约了接机的车送到住处，一切顺利。很适合两对情侣或家庭。

房东Josef是一位非常善良的朋友。因为我们前一晚从冰岛搭一位飞机，早上抵达布拉格，房东尽力用最快的时间帮我办理入住，让我们得以很好的休息。并且一位美丽的工作人员提前帮我们存档行李，并且一个人帮我们把行李全部运到了房间。我们的行李很重，非常感谢她。另外房子走路到查理大桥，布拉格广场都很近。房间非常大，非常漂亮。完全超出了我的期待。朋友说，很想回中国后买一个同样的床垫。旅行多年，遇到这样的房东和房子是我的幸运

its very easy to find :
the address is : Náměstí Kinských 76/7 , Prague 5 - Smíchov
there is a tram station called Švandovo divadlo straight next to the house.
from airport:
i recommend taking uber or a taxi which will take you to the house in 25 - 30 minutes.
FREE parking over the weekend ( starting friday 8 pm ( 20 o clock ) and ending monday at 8am ( 8 morning ) directly in front of the house
- weekdays are around 11 -12 euros per 24 hours making it one of the cheapest parking options in the center of Prague
or possible to park in a closeby garage : Garaze Prochazka ( 3 minutes walk )
