I stayed at Kyle & Jaydes for over a month and didn’t want to leave! The location and views are absolutely unbeatable. The place is well stocked and has everything you could need for a long stay. Hope to be back soon!!

Great place! Great hosts! Recommend Kyle & Jayde's place 100%. They were always available and always helped in any way they could, for example, ordering and adding a step stool (we're short) and a bath mat (we're a little wobbly). Their porch is incredibly comfortable.Their kitchen is well-stocked and during our month-long stay, we used it quite a bit. The views are awesome. You can see downtown in one direction and mountains in another and then the neighborhood hills and palm trees in the middle. And if you're an early bird, the sunrise colors are almost unbelievable. The place is walkable to some great restaurants, coffee shops and stores, though for us older people used to living on flat ground, the uphill was slightly challenging... but definitely worth it because of the previously mentioned awesome views. I hope we get to stay there again someday soon!

This is a fantastic place, well above my expectations. It is located right in the heart of silver Lake and you can walk to many coffee shops or restaurants or the park. It is beautiful inside. a wall full of windows overlooking the valley and the view of downtown. the kitchen is extremely well-equipped for a cook like myself, beautiful, open to the living room with high end appliances. and a beautiful outdoor area with a swing bed. Jayde is a very attentive host and gets back to you right away. and there is a parking spot off the street. Perfect! I'd stay here again and again.

We stayed in Kyle and Jayde's place for a few months. As fellow Angelenos, there wasn't a lot to adjust to in terms of being in Los Angeles, but nonetheless the apartment was just perfect in every way. It's such a lovely space, so thoughtfully appointed and peaceful and calm. But it's also close to everything and perfectly located for a long stay of any kind. Additionally, Kyle and Jayde are the best hosts we've had on airbnb - very communicative, kind and thorough. No question is too small. We've had such a joy staying here and I couldn't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a more long-term rental on the East Side!

Wow, where do I begin? I stayed here for 2 months and it was the perfect spot as it had everything I was looking for: walkable to Silver Lake Blvd and Sunset Blvd, safe, quiet, impeccable views and decent street parking for guests. I'm not sure you can find this anywhere else in LA! The unit itself is gorgeous and artfully decorated with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings and finishes. Being greeted every morning with sunshine and impeccable views of the mountains, valleys and Downtown cannot be beat. I spent a lot of time on the terrace, swinging on the day bed, watching the sunset, reading and working. The bathroom is also optimized for the perfect bath– gorgeous tiling, dimmable lights and a handmade wooden caddy to tie it all together. I honestly felt like I was at a resort my entire stay. I cannot recommend this place enough! Jayde and Kyle are fantastic hosts and extremely responsive and accommodating. I feel so grateful to have been able to call this spot home for 2 months.
