If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s fit for royalty, look no further than Nikola’s basement. Yes, you read that right—the basement. But not just any basement; this is the King of All Basements! 👑 From the moment I stepped in, I felt like I had been transported to a subterranean palace. Nikola, our gracious host, must moonlight as an interior designer because this place is both cozy and stylish. The lighting is perfect—not too bright, not too dim, just right for a royal ambiance. The amenities? Top-notch. The bathroom was spotless, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and there was even a cozy little nook perfect for curling up with a book or plotting world domination. I would recommend adding a shower head for an even more royal experience! But the best part? Nikola’s attention to detail. He has thought of everything, from the softest towels to the fastest Wi-Fi. It’s clear he takes great pride in ensuring his guests have a royal experience.

We are a family of four newcomers to Canada. Nikola and his place was a perfect start to Toronto, more than what we imagined from an Airbnb, discovered more than what we needed in the apartment for daily life. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, dinnerware for those who enjoy cooking. The apartment itself is spacious, and the rooms and beds are very comfortable. A variety of books, board games, local guide brochures, to name a few, add a nice touch. Perfect location, access to public transport, groceries and cinema are walking distance. A bus ride to malls and Walmart, Costco and Ikea. Nikola has been very responsive and helpful in every aspect. Thank you Nik!

This was our second time staying with Nikola and we once again were very happy with our stay! Nikola is a great host - he is friendly and responsive, was always checking that we had everything we needed, and also gives you your space and privacy. The unit does not feel like you are in a basement as it is open and very spacious. It has everything you need and would highly recommend!

Wow, thank you so much for a fabulous place to stay. Had everything we needed for a base whilst choosing my daughters wedding dress. I would definitely recommend it. The beds were so comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Had everything we needed.
