Great location in quite neighborhood but close to transit and shopping hosts were very helpful and friendly would definitely stay again

We really enjoyed the location in New Westminster with the beautiful older homes and close to Queens Park and the rose garden for walking. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the Sixth street restaurants and shopping. We never met Danica but she reponded quickly to our texts. But I would not recommend this place for any one with mobility issues. First are the stairs from the street to the door and this unit is on the top floor. We are and older couple and managed the stairs with our luggage etc. but had trouble getting out of the bed which is quite close to the floor. The other issue was the TV which was quite tricky to get working. I think a few more photos would be useful for people deciding whether to stay at Danica's place.

Very disappointing experience overall. We arrived on our first day to find that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous tenants had checked out. We communicated this to Danica, who replied promptly, apologized and promised to have it cleaned and ready for us the following day. Mistakes happen, so we managed to stay at a friends place for the night, intending to return the following day. At 2:10pm the next day, 2 hours before our intended arrival, Danica sent a text message stating "I will pay for your stay. My house is not an option. Sorry". Repeated attempts to contact her via text message and the Airbnb message platform were met with silence, despite being marked as read. This left us (with a 2 year old) without anywhere confirmed to stay for the night and an expensive hotel stay later. While I am sure that there was a valid reason behind her actions, I found the entire interaction to be unprofessional and lacking of integrity. Stay was refunded by Airbnb.
