My spacious, 180 sq meter apartment is bright, charming and quiet. It overlooks a mediterranean garden and private courtyard. It's has a modern kitchen, high ceilings, double sided windows, hard wood floors, air-con, plus all you need for a pleasurable stay. It has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own private bath/shower and toilet. My flat is in the center of Nice, they call it the golden quarter. It has 2 master bedrooms, each with its own private bath/shower and toilet. The bedrooms are spacious, quiet and overlook a quiet courtyard. The neighborhood is great, it’s four blocks to the beach, two blocks to the historical center and the Promenade du Paillon; made up of fountains, gardens and a play park for children. The neighborhood has everything from movies, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, galleries and more. The train station and bus terminal to travel around the Riviera, is also just a few blocks away. Place Massena, condsidered Nice center, is 3 blocks away, where most festivities happen; the Jazz Festival, Carnival, outdoor concerts and more. The NEW TRAM comes straight to my place from the airport, the stop is called Jean Medecin.

Luisa’s apartment was perfect for our week long trip to Nice with friends. The location is incredible. We easily walked to the beach and all sorts of restaurants and sights in Nice and were able to easily access neighboring towns for day trips. The apartment is clean, spacious, comfortable, had beautiful art and was the perfect place to rest. It was just as advertised. Luisa and Nathalie were incredibly accommodating and kind, offering recommendations and helping whenever we had questions. We all agreed we’d stay here again in a heartbeat :)
Have you found this place available for your stay in Nice? Congrats - your trip to Nice is about to get fantastic. - Accommodation: the apartment is stunning not to mention it's spacious with lots of comfy couches for your friends/family to sit around. The space is filled with beautiful ceramics and the natural light, as if you've entered an exhibition or a live-in museum. All electronics are top-notch : Bosch and Miele. The oven even has a specific function for croissants. - Neighborhood: it's adjacent to the town center, but tucked away in a quiet alley. It's also close to the beach and lots of gourmet restaurants around. You'll receive a hand book from the host where to go, if you are not sure. - Host: Philippe welcomed us b/c Luisa was overseas. The checkin was smooth. Philippe continuously looked after us during our stay such as...finding the right channel for the football match :'D The entire stay was lovely and made us unforgettable memories during our journey.
Luisa’s place in the heart of Nice was even better than we expected. We loved the personal detail and Luisa’s wonderful artwork. Everything was top notch. The location was walkable to everything we wanted to see. From the local market, old town, the Chagall museum, the water front, and the train station! Say yes to this air bnb if you are visiting Nice!

It’s just four blocks to the beach, two blocks to the historical center and the Promenade du Paillon; made up of fountains, gardens and a play park for children. The neighborhood has everything from movies, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, galleries and more. The train station and bus terminal to travel around the Riviera, is also just a few blocks away. The flat is right across the street from Nice Etoile, Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, the beach and avenue Jean Medecin.
The tram, buses, subway and train station are super close too.
Parking:
- Park at Nice Etoile parking lot. Diagnonally across from the flat. Daily & weekly rates. Get a ticket from the machine when entering, go straight to the office, pay for the number of days you need. That ticket permits you use to come and go from the parking lot.
