I didn’t have a good stay here. The host is not very respectful of his guests. He sends people to your room at night to do maintenance and purposely doesn’t tell you and thinks it’s funny. This is not light maintenance issues either. It’s tasks that take hours to complete and multiple people as well. He did that twice and also tries to enter your room without knocking or permission. Also, the neighborhood is very sketchy and filled with nefarious type people that harass you when going to and from. It’s the first place I ever felt unsafe in Bangkok. The building is poorly maintained. Especially, the gym and the pool has no chairs to sit or tables. It gets really noisy at night with the club next door and traffics outside your window. The kitchen is not well equipped and not even a cutting board. The bed was not made at all and I had to call him to at least bring linens and pillows. He did it hours later. No towels as well. Just a poorly managed unit. Typical in Bangkok and not uncommon.

Great place to stay and is walking distance to many things. Gets kind of busy at night and might be a bit loud for some people. The only issues I had were the instructions to find the room/check-in were kind of unclear and the left ac near the bathroom leaked constantly if it was on the lower side of temp. Also the key in the door would kind of spin freely when trying to lock and unlock unless you pressed it firmly against the door knob.

Als Paar oder allein reisend sehr zu empfehlen. Parkplatz und Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. 7 Eleven nur über die Straße . Ich werde auf jeden Fall die Unterkunft wieder Anfragen wenn ich in der Nähe bin.

Besides a slight delay in checking in, the apartment was clean and nicely located in a popular area.
