The main feature of this family house is its openness. The space is articulated around a sculpture-like staircase, that can be seen from almost any corner of the house. The living space is distributed on three floors. On the ground floor we find a hall with a desk, an open kitchen, a dining and living area, a half-bathroom (toilet and sink), and a beautiful patio. On the first floor there are two rooms (one with a terrace overlooking the patio, and the other one with a balcony), 1 half-bathroom (shower and sink) and 1 full bathroom. The toilet of this full-bathroom is separate from the sink and shower. Please note that the rooms are separated by half walls. Lastly, the third floor is divided into a bedroom area with a full bathroom, and a living space with a sofa bed and a small terrace overlooking the patio.
