Best place in Manhattan for the price! Didn’t face any issues during my stay, it’s centrally located with easy access to Brooklyn via the nearby L train.

You'd be hard-pressed to find a better value in Manhattan. I stayed at Hotel 17 for a month while I figured out my long-term living plans. The rooms are decent-sized and comfortable. The weekly cleaning service was spectacular. The front desk people were kind and warm-hearted. This space is perfect for quiet evenings at home. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

(Continuation of previous stay) Outstanding location close to good food, bars, parks, public transit, Midtown, Village, etc. Shared bathroom is never a problem. Highly recommended!
