The lylo hostel was perfect for a family stay while we popped over from Wanaka. Easy check in and the room was lovely and clean with comfortable beds. Great value and amazing location

I booked the room about 1 month a head and sent message three times with a couple of questions but no reply at all. I was feeling insecure as I am visiting NZ for the first time and arrival was late night. I saw a couple of trash in the room obviously from previous guest. the rest was pretty ok
