NT60/24hrs. 2. 申請付費提早入住或是延遲退房NT200/每小時。(不滿1小時以1小時計算) 在您確認預訂後我們能立即透過Airbnb平台跟您收費。 Apply for early check-in or late check-out (NT200/hour) We may charge you via Airbnb platform after you proceed booking. ●正確選擇入住人數(房源依照人數計價)Choose the right number of people on the reservation, we charge by person. 1.訂單人數與實際入住人數不符則無法入住。（兩歲以上寶寶算是1位成人） 我們會根據入住人數來準備被品，枕頭，浴巾，牙刷。 -Please make sure you choose the right number of people who will check in on the Airbnb reservation list during the stay. -Child over 2 years old is considered as an adult. -You will not allow to check in when the number of people who will check in are not the same on the airbnb reservation list. -We will prepare the supplies you need according to the numbers of people on your reservation list. 2.禁止朋友探訪。(民宿位於嚴格飯店式管理大樓，大廳，電梯，各層樓門口走廊皆有影音攝影機) -No friends visit. -All these years, we have lots of Chinese guests who bring many friends to our building and make a loud noise to ruin the peace of the building. That is the reason why the building doesn't allow any friends visiting. Now we have surveillance camera on the first floor lobby, elevator, and the front door of the apartments. (If you break the rules, you will be fined by the building NT1,000 /per person) 3.禁止抽煙與寵物。(退房後若管家發現有煙味及菸蒂，我們會立即蒐證錄影並申請扣除您airbnb保證金罰款NT10,000元) Smoking and bringing pets are not allowed in the apartment. (Fined NT10,000 via Airbnb deposit) 4.晚上22：00之後請保持安靜。 Please respect the others guests tranquility and do not disturb them with loudness after 22:00.
