Patricia's place was absolutely lovely and she was an amazing host. The apartment was adorable, the location was excellent (adorable, quiet neighborhood close to parks but also a very quick walk to the subway and to the Bloor West Village main strip with tons of local shops and restaurants), and she was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I head to Toronto.

Patricia's house, much like her personality, was fantastic. From the first day with homemade bread to the last day with her support, my stay was memorable. The house was immaculate and well-maintained, reflecting Patricia's attention to detail. Although I had to relocate for my job, I won't forget the two months I spent in her home. Undoubtedly, being in the top 5 percent of Airbnb accommodations is not achieved accidentally. Patricia's support and kindness exceeded my expectations. The amenities provided were top-notch, from fast Wi-Fi to comfortable furnishings. The location was also great, conveniently close to both the subway and natural areas (a beautiful river). I thoroughly enjoyed of my stay & I especially wanted to thank Patricia and her family through this review.

Patricia is an excellent host! Highly recommend staying with her! We lived in her studio for a month, and it was a fantastic, clean, and cozy space. Within walking distance to the subway and other transportation, the area is very quiet and comfortable, with places to stroll. Patricia is always ready to help with any questions, responds quickly, and her home has everything needed for a comfortable stay! She is so pet friendly person, so in her studio you can stay with your fluffy friends without a problem.

My husband and I stayed at Patricia's house for 30 days. The house is very organized and has everything you need for your daily life... the decoration is very beautiful which makes the space even more comfortable. The house is just 5 minutes from the subway station and you can find several shops and restaurants on the avenue (which is very close to the house). Patricia was careful all time and helped us whenever we needed. Without a doubt I would stay there again.

The room is perfect - very clean, well furnished, has everything you need for a longer term stay, it’s quiet and cosy and has a nice back garden. Patricia is also a wonderful host, she is very kind, thoughtful, generous and has great communication. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it. Thank you Patricia 😊
