Simcha was so kind and helpful. When we reached there it was late but he responded well and also gives all the advises even we were late. On the next day morning he came with extra stuffs for the house. We stayed there for 1 month and we had flexible shift duties. So most of the time when we reach at late hours it was safe. And surroundings were quiet and calm. The place was fit with the description. Overall it was a great and I will definitely suggest this place.

Stayed a month; great overall experience. Simcha was communicative, addressing concerns promptly. Helped with a parking permit and allowed flexible check-in/out. Clean, well-stocked apartment in a superb, safe location with amenities and transit nearby. However, I deducted a star due to a few issues: listing and photos promised a kitchen range (stove + oven combo), but check-in revealed only a cooktop. Listing photos were only updated post-checkout, but amenity list still falsely mentions an oven (as of Dec 5, 2023). This discrepancy was disappointing as I chose the listing for the oven, and thus nearly canceled via Airbnb support. Also, a MAJOR privacy concern: living room window (by the desk) lacks blinds, shades, or curtains. Most of the unit (entire living room and kitchen) is clearly visible from the backyard and the adjacent backyard. Urgent need for window coverings. Despite these issues, I had a generally pleasant stay. Thank you, Simcha, for your help and hospitality!

Simcha was a fantastic host. I stayed for a month, and the place was a perfect fit for what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place.

Great stay; the hosts were very responsive and accommodating to questions and concerns. The apartment was comfortable and is located a short walk from the subway and supermarket. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting or living in DC for a while.
