I stayed here for 6 weeks. The bedroom itself was great (spacious/clean/ ample hangers / lots of storage space). There is only one small door window which doesn’t let in a lot of light but is great for sleeping in. The bathroom is not necessarily private but it was very clean and the unit was cleaned weekly as well. The washer and dryer looked brand new and were great. The upstairs kitchen is shared and was incredibly dirty and had fruit flys for most of my stay. Rocky did address this. The bedroom AC leaked condensation into a drip tray that I had to empty every other day. The fridge and microwave in the bedroom were great. Rocky was a good host and was responsive and kind whenever I needed something. At one point though, I did ask for a sponge, dish soap, and a new towel for the kitchen and was instead given a shower towel in my room. The location of the unit was so convenient, safe, and nearby drug stores, a grocery store, and the metro. I would recommend someone to stay here!

The only concern I had was that flies easily got in, but otherwise I loved everything about Rocky’s place

Rocky's place was great and cozy.. I attended a conference and it was a 5 min walking distance to the conference.. It's also very close to all the major attractions.. and Rocky was a great host.. was very responsive and very helpful!

A quaint and economical alternative to the convention centre hotels. Very convenient for events and tourism.
