Eifukucho is a quieter more family orientated suburb of Tokyo. It is a very leafy neighbourhood for Tokyo! It is situated on one of the main rivers that run through the city, the cherry blossom lined Kanda River. Located in the west of Tokyo making it easy to go for a trip to the mountains for the day. Eifukucho is a very safe area with lots of convenience stores, a supermarket right near the station and great local places to eat.
We can recommend lots of great local things to do in the area, and we also has a map which they can send to you of the area as well as great Tokyo.
If you are interested a friend of my father's is an expert in Japanese tea ceremonies and she lives just around the corner from our house in her traditional Japanese house. We would love to take you there!
